Enterprise forms in the Czech Republic
There are two main possibilities of enterprise in the Czech Republic:
a) as a Physical person - entrepreneur needs a license for conducting a trade called a trade permit ("živnostenský list" in Czech).
Notifiable trades are specialized according to subject matter as:- Professional trades
- Vocational trades
- Unqualified trades
b) as a Corporate body - artificially created subject, in legal relation acts as a person; can be formed by people or entities:
- Limited liability company
- Co-partnership
- Joint-stock company
- Limited partnership
- Co-op (cooperative)
- Aggregate cooperation
