How can I book an apartment?

When you join our Website, firstly use our panel on the left side. Choose your destination, date of arrival, date of departure, # of persons, # of bedrooms and click on the Search field. Afterwards, you will see the list of available apartments that are matching your selected criteria. At this moment choose one of the listed apartments and click on Details & Booking. Then continue by pressing online booking and fill in your personal information such as Company, Name, Surname, Address, Phone, Email and confirm your Email address. Choose your Check-in time and select the age of persons. If you have any special request, please fill it into the field Comment. Do not forget to mark that you have read General business conditions and you agree with them. Afterwards, click twice next button and at the last page you have to choose one of three payment methods to pay Reservation deposit either GPE (Global Payments Europe), PayPal or Banking transfer into our banking account in EUR.

Is there any reservation deposit?

Yes. The reservation deposit creates usually 20% of all accommodation costs which is specified for each chosen apartment during online booking procedure.

How to pay the reservation deposit?

The reservation deposit is paid via Internet by the following payment / credit cards: VISA, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express. If you have a PayPal account you can pay it by PayPal or you can pay by Banking transfer into our banking (current) account.

How to pay the accommodation?

The price difference between accommodation costs and reservation deposit is paid on the point of accommodation either by cash in the following currencies: CZK, EUR, GBP or by the following payment / credit cards: VISA, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, Diners. The method of payment in apartment on Arrival is specified in the apartment details for each chosen apartment.

Is it necessary to pay any refundable deposit on the point of accommodation?

It depends on the chosen apartment. Besides payment of the price difference it is sometimes necessary to pay refundable deposit in the particular value in EUR or in the adequate amount of another currency which is specified in the section called Apartment details. This deposit will be refunded to the client after the end of accommodation when he or she gives the key of the Apartment back and there is no potential damage on the property.

Where can I get the key of the Apartment?

You will get the key of the Apartment on the address specified in the email which you will receive after realized online booking and paid reservation deposit. It is usually point of accommodation.

Is there any possibility to pick me up on the airport / railway station?

Yes. The fee for the picking up from the airport / railway station is paid by the client but it is usually not included in accommodation price.

What does the accommodation price involve?

The accommodation price involves accommodation, Apartment cleaning, exchange of linen, energy and water consumption, usually WiFi Internet connection, TV, HiFi. The complete list is specified in the section called Apartment details for each chosen apartment.

Is there any discount if more people have accommodation?

Sure.

Is there any discount if there is accommodation for more days?

Sure.

What actions should be made in case of claim?

All complaints related to ordered services have to be sent to Your Apartments in writing via an email message to the address: info@your-apartments.com

Is there any possibility to change the date of arrival, Apartment, or number of people?

Certainly, the client may ask for this change in the writing form via an email message to the address: info@your-apartments.com as soon as possible. Your Apartments will inform the client about the result of this reservation change request within 2 working days. If it is not possible to manage this change request, Your Apartments will propose an alternative solution. If the client doesn’t accept this proposal, reservation is canceled.

What is a cancellation fee?

The cancellation fee equals the reservation deposit, which is not refundable and only covers the costs connected to the Apartment reservation and additional services.
