Loreta residence is situated in Prague Castle area, at Loretánské námÄ›stÃ, which is considered one of the most visited in Prague and it is not only an apartment, but a little house in a historical building complex built in baroque style, protected by unesco as a national cultural heritage. It adjoins Prague Loreta, unique for its chimes and 17th century treasury. All Prague highlights are within walking distance, such as Prague Castle, Strahov monastery, Charles bridge, Old town, Lesser town, Kampa, PetÅ™Ãn and many others. 100m away you will find a grocery store and a tram station. The 77 sqm. apartment is beautifully renovated and situated on the ground floor, so it is easily accessible and surrounded by nice private garden. It consist of two bedrooms, living room with sofa, chairs and dining table for 8 people, kitchenette and two bathrooms, one en-suite with bath, other one with shower and an entrance hall. In two bedrooms you will find luxurious high king size bed, in one bedroom single bed as well. Both bedrooms have closets. In the living rooms you will find sofa convertible to king size bed, cable TV with USB and DVD player. Kitchen is equipped with induction cooker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and coffee maker (nesspresso). Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryer and enough comfortable towels, in one there is a washing machine. The area is very quiet and safe. If you need to park your car, we can arrange it for you (upon request and payment).
We spent 4 days in Prague, we were two families 8 people with a dog. The location is perfect to visit Prague, the main attraction are nearby. Our dog enjoyed the house garden and not far away is aldo a big park. the house is really quite no windows on the main street. Everything is as described. The kitchen is a little bit small, but we did not cook too much, we enjoyed Czech cuisine, there are very good restaurants not far away. The owner accommodated our four kids in the room in the upper floor, we appreciated that, so everybody had his private sphere and we had the living room for all together. We will come back for sure.
Ideale Unterkunft in einer tollen Lage! Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken! Werden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hoffentlich bald wieder kommen...!!!
We were 8 people visiting Prag. It was comfortable, a very very nice location! (3 min to the castle and1 min to the train) - clean - silent - your own garden - perfect for youngs without much money. Looking forward to come back :)

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen in Prag. Es war sehr gemütlich gut eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort zu sechst , mit vier Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Betreuung war ausgezeichnet. Wir möchten dort nochmal hin.
Una gran experiencia y un trato por parte de los propietarios fabuloso. Creo que se deberia avisar al contrato que se va a cobrar un suplemento por limpieza y comisión por la agencia.

We had a super stay in a beautiful location. Petr met us and VIP'd us past the police presence for the Chinese prime minister! We felt very special and welcome. The facilities were spot on, clean and efficient. The value for money is incredible. We have been memory making all week and would definitely recommend our experience to friends and family.
