Located right in the city center, in a quiet street next to the Municipal House (Obecni dum) and the Powder Tower (Prasna brana). The area around the Republic Square with the Municipal House is the historical heart of Prague with access to many interesting historic sight, stores, galleries and restaurants within steps of there. The Powder Tower is medieval gate of entry to Prague, where remarkable King's Road starts. This road leads directly to the Prague castle and in medieval times it was the only road served for King's retinue. On the Republic Square starts the main pedestrian area, leading to the Old Town Square and the Wenceslas Square (Vaclavske namesti). The location is ideal for easy walking access to the city's daytime tourist sights as well as its night time attractions and shopping. Metro and tram stations nearby.
Dosti centrální, nehlučná pozice, čisté. Při příští návštěvě bych vyžadovala vyšší patro a okna do ulice.
Einziges Manko der Wohnung war ein offensichtlich noch nicht ganz behobener Feuchtigkeitsschaden im Bad. Ein Resopalquadrat aus der Decke war entfernt worden, wohl um den Schaden zu beheben. Um diese Stelle herum war etwas Schimmel und die Tapete braun verfärbt. Am zweiten Tag (es war in Prag sehr heiß) machte sich ein unangenehmer modrieger Geruch in der Wohnung bemerkbar. Dessen Quelle konnten wir nicht ergründen.
Útulný apartmán v blízkosti centra Prahy.Apartmán je len 10 min.pešo od autobus.stanici(Florenc).Historická časť mesta je vzdialená len 15 min.S dostupnosťou sme boli nadmieru spokojní.Na okolí je veľa krcmiciek, minimarketov a Penny. Hluk z ulice nepočuť.Bohužiaľ v noci sme počuli hlasné rozprávanie až hučanie španielsky rozpravajúcich turistov.Hluk začal okolo 23:00 prestal o 1:00,potom znovu začal o 4:00 do 6:00hod.Čiže o kvalitnom spánku sa nedá hovoriť. Apartmán je udržiavaný v čistote.Kuchynska linka bola čistá a vybavena pre max.3 ľudi.Mali sme len jeden problém,a to s kupeľnou.Podľa nášho úsudku,krátko pred naším príchodom,museli opravovať bojler v kúpeľni.Celú kúpeľňu a sprchový kút sme museli najprv poumývať,aby sme ju vôbec mohli použivať.A zhodou náhod,včase ked španielsky turisti boli na párty,začala kvapkať voda z toho bojleru do sprchy :D Kontaktná osoba je majiteľ apratmánu.Kvôli meškaniu nášho autobusu,sme prišli neskôr,to nebol žiaden problém.Zaplatili sme zvyšnú cenu a dostali kluče.
Bolo výborne. Možno by bolo vhodné kuchyňu vybaviť utierkami a prostriedkom na riad.
We were very happy with the apartment but would have liked details about what to do with the rubbish which we just had to leave in the bin. We hope to return next year.
