Alex Germany	Everything was good. Except for the getting the keys. Is it really necessary to pick up the keys personally at the office? Gemma United Kingdom	Appartnent was not clean, smelt of food and lots of damage inside. Wires hanging and doors not oiled, so squecked and woke everyone up.
