Holiday apartment Prague

Pri objednavce jsem si prala tichy pokoj. Cely den byl v tomto apartmanu hrozny randal. Na pdlazi prestavovali napravo byt, pravidelne vrtali... ale nejhosi zoufaly hluk prichazel ze dvora kde prestavuji osmipatrovy dum a tim vrtaji, rezou, hazeji tramy a trubky...utikala jsem jak jsem mojla z bytu. Kvuli tomuto hluku je nemozne pobyvat v apartmanu prez den. Proto se do tohoto artementu nikdy nevratim. Skoda Vera

Dle fotografií apartmán vypadá dobře, ovšem realita je jiná :-( Příště již nenavštívím.

I felt I was mislead by the advert on your website. It states it is new. Some of the windows do not shut properly. The shower cubicle is old and in disrepair. The sofa bed is broken and there are no kitchen knives meaning we can't use the kitchen like we expected to. Unfortunately one of the flats below has building work commencing from 8 o'clock every morning so we are woken by hammering and drilling each day. Perhaps this is why the flat was advertised at 30% discount and was the main reason we chose to rent it over other options that may well have proved better comfort for money. I hope you can use our feedback to help improve your services and also would like you to reassess your quote. I sent this email while I was staying in the flat and was informed that this premises is not managed by you directly which is even more reason for you to ensure you are charging appropriately.
